SHIPPING
All goods should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Your order will be billed the exact shipping charges and a copy will be placed with your receipt. Upgraded shipping is available at the customers expense.
Orders will be processes within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in the event of backordered or out of stock items.
We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We are unable to ship APO/FPO as well as PO Boxes.
Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
Expedited shipping is not available after 12PM on Fridays. Any expedited requests after 12PM on Fridays will go out the following Monday.
The shipping form must be filled out and emailed to shipping@savvyboutiqueclothing.com for all goods being shipped within Canada, USA or International.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please follow the below steps to return your merchandise.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days for receipts. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. Within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange, or refund the purchase price of unworn garments on condition that all hangtags remain attached and the item is accompanied by the original bill of sale. Savvy Boutique does not refund shipping charges. Also, All discounted items and accessories are non-returnable.
Savvy Boutique is not responsible for damages that occur during care of the item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
